About Escala
The purpose of Escala is to promote a socially sustainable business life in Trøndelag. The company was established in 2016 as a separate department within the Prima Group, which was established in 1992
With long and unique experience in occupational health, career guidance, sick leave follow-up and process management within manager, team and employee development, the department is a reliable player in the field. Escala is strongly rooted in the local community and directs its main focus towards the business world in Trøndelag.
